Prototype 03

Framework

Five-Point Protocol

A framework, not a skill. Reproducible execution protocol that transforms intent into structured execution — the core "how we work" pattern for Adaptivearts.ai agentic workflows. Clarify, Scope, Plan, Execute, Verify.

The Five Points

Sequential protocol ensuring reproducible outcomes

1

Clarify

Restate the task. Confirm understanding before acting. Eliminates assumption drift between intent and execution.

2

Scope

Explicitly define what is in scope and out of scope. Prevents work expansion and keeps focus tight.

3

Plan

Outline concrete steps, dependencies, and verification criteria. The plan is the contract.

4

Execute

Implement according to the plan. No new initiatives without confirmation. Stay within declared scope.

5

Verify

Confirm output matches intent. Flag gaps, uncertainties, and deviations. Close the loop.

Applications

Where the protocol adds the most value

Post-compaction recovery

Restoring context after AI session memory compaction — the original use case

Task handoff

Structured handoff between agents or between human and agent

Complex debugging

Systematic troubleshooting where scope discipline prevents rabbit holes

Multi-step research

Research workflows where each phase needs explicit scoping

Integration Points

Complements the other interpretive loops

SPINE OODA

OODA handles per-cycle reasoning; Five-Point Protocol handles per-task framing.

8do-mcp

Ralph Loop provides verdict gates; Five-Point Protocol provides scope discipline.
